Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 22, 2026
Subject to these Terms of Service (this “Agreement”), Atomic Innovation Labs LTD operating under the name CloudGrid ("CloudGrid", “we”, “us” and/or “our”), provides access to CloudGrid Services. “Services” means, collectively, any products or services made available by CloudGrid or its affiliates, including the CloudGrid platform (“Platform”). By using or accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. Browsing or otherwise accessing CloudGrid’s public websites (including cloudgrid.io) is additionally governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which apply to all visitors, including those who have not entered into this Agreement and do not have an account.
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such an entity to this Agreement, in which case the term “you” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Services.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE REVIEW THE MUTUAL ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER SET FORTH IN SECTION 18 CAREFULLY. BY ENTERING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL OF ITS TERMS.
PART I: Terms of Service
1. Age and Eligibility
You certify that you are a person at least thirteen (13) years old (or at least sixteen (16) years old if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA)), or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use or consent to use the Platform, whichever is higher. The Platform is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone below the applicable minimum age. Services may only be used or accessed through an electronic device controlled by you at all times. A valid account may only be created and maintained if you provide valid, accurate, and current information in the signup process. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Each user must have unique login credentials that must not be shared by multiple users.
2. License to Use the Services
During the period for which you are authorized to use the Services, and subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a personal, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Services for your internal business or personal purposes (the “License”). Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
3. Your Content
You are solely responsible for all software, code, data, information, text, input, and other materials that you upload, post, deliver, provide, or otherwise transmit or store in connection with the Services (“Your Content”). You retain all right, title, and interest in and to Your Content.
You grant CloudGrid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Your Content, and to permit its service providers to do so on its behalf, solely as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Services (including making your builds available to the end users you authorize), and to comply with applicable law.
CloudGrid will not use Your Content to train AI models or to develop unrelated products without your prior express authorization. CloudGrid may use aggregated or de-identified operational information to improve the Services, provided that such information does not identify you or any individual and does not disclose Your Content.
As between you and CloudGrid, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own all rights in the outputs generated for you through your use of the Services, including code, applications, and documents ("Outputs"), excluding the Services themselves, CloudGrid's underlying technology, and third-party materials. CloudGrid assigns to you any rights it may have in Outputs, subject to your compliance with this Agreement. Outputs form part of Your Content.
CloudGrid does not guarantee that Outputs are unique, eligible for intellectual property protection, or free from third-party rights. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
We may remove or disable any of Your Content at any time for any reason, including upon receipt of claims from third parties or authorities. We will exercise this right in accordance with applicable law.
4. Builder Accounts
As a Builder (a registered user with the ability to create and deploy builds), you may create and manage builds within Grids (see Section 4A). CloudGrid is a production environment: your builds may be accessed by end users you authorize or invite.
You are solely responsible for:
- All builds you create and deploy, including AI agents, apps, landing pages, and documents
- Ensuring your builds comply with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where they are used
- Obtaining all necessary consents from end users who interact with your builds
- Clearly disclosing to your end users when they are interacting with AI-generated content or autonomous agents
- Maintaining appropriate safeguards for any data your builds collect or process
Each Builder is solely responsible for the operation, legality, functionality, content, and end-user experience of the builds made available through the Services. Unless CloudGrid expressly agrees otherwise in writing, CloudGrid acts only as the underlying infrastructure and service provider and is not a party to any transaction, contract, or other relationship between a Builder and its end users.
4A. Grids and Fair Usage
4A.1 Definitions. A "Grid" is a workspace on the Services in which users create, store, run, and share builds, inspirations, runtimes, and other Content. The user who creates a Grid is its "Grid Owner". Users who join a Grid by invitation or approval of the Grid Owner are "Grid Members". A "Runtime" is an app, agent, or other build that runs on the Services, continuously or on demand. An "inspiration" is a static creation, such as a page, game, or deck, that does not run as a Runtime. "Content" means Your Content as defined in Section 3.
4A.2 Fair Usage Allowance. Each Grid receives a standard and adequate allowance with regard to (a) Storage (total size of all Content stored in the Grid at any time); (b) Runtime Hours per calendar month, measured as the total time that Runtimes in the Grid are running, which reset on the first day of each month and do not roll over; and (c) Compute power and megabytes of memory for each Runtime at any time, for a fair use of the Grid (together, the "Fair Usage Allowance"). All usage in a Grid counts toward that Grid's Fair Usage Allowance, regardless of which Grid Member caused it.
4A.3 Fair Use Standard. Even within the Fair Usage Allowance, you may not use the Services in a way that materially degrades their performance or availability for other users, or that consumes resources for purposes unrelated to your build, as described in Section 21.
4A.4 Reaching an Allowance. CloudGrid will notify the Grid Owner when a Grid approaches or reaches any part of its Fair Usage Allowance. When a Grid reaches an allowance, CloudGrid may: (a) for Storage, block new Content from being added to the Grid; (b) for Runtime Hours, pause the Grid's Runtimes until the next calendar month; and (c) for Compute, limit each Runtime to its allocated CPU and memory, which may slow or restart it. Inspirations remain accessible while Runtimes are paused. CloudGrid will not delete Content for exceeding the Fair Usage Allowance without first notifying the Grid Owner and giving at least thirty (30) days to reduce usage or export the Content, except where immediate action is required under Section 24.
4A.5 Allowances per Grid. Each Grid's Fair Usage Allowance applies to that Grid only and cannot be combined with or transferred to another Grid. Splitting a single build or project across multiple Grids in order to exceed the Fair Usage Allowance is a circumvention of usage limits under Section 21.
4A.6 Changes. CloudGrid may increase the Fair Usage Allowance at any time. CloudGrid may reduce it with at least thirty (30) days' notice. A reduction will not result in deletion of existing Content without the notice and export period in Section 4A.4.
5. AI Functionality and Third-Party Tools
The Services include features that use AI capabilities, allow you to host or deploy AI capabilities, and facilitate access to AI providers and their models (collectively, “AI Functionality”). Where AI Functionality is capable of taking autonomous actions, your configuration determines the scope of those actions.
You are responsible for:
- Configuring appropriate settings, permissions, and safeguards for AI Functionality
- Monitoring AI Functionality to ensure it meets your compliance, security, and operational needs
- Evaluating the correctness and appropriateness of all AI-generated outputs, including human review where appropriate or legally required
If you connect third-party AI tools, agents, or services (“Third-Party Tools”) to the Services, you authorize and agree to be legally bound by the actions those Third-Party Tools take on your behalf. You are responsible for defining, reviewing, and maintaining the permissions, instructions, access rights, and operational limits you grant to AI agents and automated workflows in your account. Subject to applicable law, you are responsible for actions those agents and Third-Party Tools take within the permissions and configurations you have authorized, including interactions with third-party systems, data changes, communications, and financial transactions. CloudGrid does not independently verify the commercial, legal, or operational appropriateness of each autonomous action, and is not responsible for loss arising from actions taken within your authorized configuration. CloudGrid remains responsible for its own breach of this Agreement, subject to Section 15. Nothing in this Section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Security and Compliance
6.1 General You shall configure Your Content and builds so they do not expose personal data without proper consent as determined by applicable law. CloudGrid will have no liability for unauthorized access or loss of Your Content to the extent attributable to your misconfiguration, insecure builds, or malicious content introduced through your account.
6.2 Sensitive Data You shall not use the Services to store, process, or transmit information subject to heightened regulatory requirements (including Protected Health Information under HIPAA or payment card data under PCI DSS) unless you have first obtained CloudGrid‘s prior written approval.
6.3 Availability and Backups Unless expressly provided in a separate written service level agreement or an Organization Agreement, CloudGrid does not guarantee any minimum uptime, uninterrupted availability, recovery time, or recovery point. You are responsible for keeping independent backups of Your Content and for appropriate business continuity and disaster recovery arrangements for your builds. CloudGrid may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects the availability of the Services.
7. Data Protection
7.1 Our Role We process personal information in Your Content and your account information as a data controller or data processor, as applicable, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Account Information When you sign up, you provide personal data to create your account (“Account Information”). You retain ownership of your Account Information. We use it solely to provide and improve the Services and protect the Platform from fraud and abuse.
7.3 System Data CloudGrid may collect and use operational, diagnostic, performance, security, and usage data generated through the Services ("System Data") to operate, secure, analyze, maintain, and improve the Services. CloudGrid's rights in System Data do not extend to Your Content. To the extent System Data contains personal data or confidential customer information, CloudGrid will process it only as permitted by applicable law, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable data processing agreement. CloudGrid may use and disclose aggregated or properly de-identified System Data for legitimate business purposes, provided that it cannot reasonably identify you, any individual, or any confidential customer information.
8. Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receiving electronic communications from CloudGrid, including notices about fees, charges, account activity, service updates, and follow-ups to your support conversations. Your account email address must be kept current and responsive at all times.
8A. Support Chat
8A.1 AI Helper. The Services include a support chat. Conversations start with an AI assistant ("AI Helper"), which is an automated system, not a human. You may ask at any time to continue the conversation with a human support representative.
8A.2 Accuracy. Answers from the AI Helper are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They are for general guidance only. They do not change this Agreement, and do not bind CloudGrid to any refund, credit, price, or other commitment unless a human representative confirms it in writing.
8A.3 Conduct. Do not share passwords, API keys, payment card details, or other sensitive data in the support chat, and do not use it in a way that is abusive or unlawful. CloudGrid may end a conversation that breaches this Section.
8A.4 Unfinished conversations. If you are signed in and a conversation ends before your issue is resolved, for example because you closed your browser, CloudGrid may email you a link to continue it.
8A.5 Records. CloudGrid keeps support chat transcripts as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Representations and Warranties
9.1 Your Representations You represent and warrant that: (i) you own all Your Content or have obtained all required permissions and licenses; (ii) Your Content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; (iii) Your Content is not defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or harassing; (iv) you will use the Services only in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws; and (v) you have all necessary rights to provide any third-party credentials or API keys to the Services.
9.2 Mutual Warranty Each party represents and warrants to the other that it has full right and power to enter into and perform under this Agreement.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless CloudGrid and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, actions, or demands, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from: (i) your breach of this Agreement; (ii) any claim of infringement arising from Your Content; or (iii) your access to or misuse of the Services.
11. Confidentiality and Proprietary Rights
11.1 Confidentiality Each party agrees to take reasonable precautions to protect the other’s confidential, non-public information and not to use or disclose it except as necessary to perform under this Agreement. This obligation does not apply to information that becomes publicly available, was already known, or was independently developed.
11.2 Ownership CloudGrid retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Services and all related intellectual property rights. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any CloudGrid intellectual property rights to you.
11.3 Feedback If you provide suggestions or feedback regarding the Services, you grant CloudGrid a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and exploit such feedback in any manner and for any purpose.
12. Payment of Fees
12.1 Plans and Pricing. CloudGrid offers access to the Services through free and paid plans. Current plans and prices are shown at https://cloudgrid.io/pricing. The Fair Usage Allowance is described in Section 4A. CloudGrid may change or discontinue the free plan on at least thirty (30) days' notice.
12.2 Subscriptions and Renewal. Paid plans are offered with monthly or annual billing, as you choose when you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period until you cancel it under Section 12.7. Before you complete a paid subscription, CloudGrid will show you the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and how to cancel.
12.3 Billing. By providing a payment method, you authorize CloudGrid to charge you: (i) in advance for each billing period; (ii) in arrears for usage-based services, based on usage as measured by CloudGrid; and (iii) immediately for one-time purchases. You may dispute a charge in good faith within thirty (30) days of the charge date.
12.4 Prices, Currency, and Taxes. Prices are shown in US dollars. Prices shown to consumers in Israel include VAT. All other prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added where required by law.
12.5 Price Changes. CloudGrid will notify you at least thirty (30) days before a price increase takes effect. The new price applies from your first billing period that starts after that date. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before it applies.
12.6 Upgrades and Downgrades. Upgrades take effect immediately, and the price difference for the rest of the current billing period is charged proportionally. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. If your usage then exceeds the lower plan's Fair Usage Allowance, Section 4A.4 applies.
12.7 Cancellation. You may cancel a paid plan at any time through your account settings or by email to legal@cloudgrid.io. Cancellation takes effect within three (3) business days of your notice, unless the law gives you an earlier right, and you will not be charged for any period after that. If you have signed an Organization Agreement with CloudGrid, the cancellation terms of that agreement apply instead.
12.8 Refunds. Except as stated in Section 12.7 or required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable. Any mandatory statutory cancellation, refund, or notice rights prevail over conflicting provisions of this Agreement.
12.9 Failed Payments. If a payment fails, CloudGrid will notify you and may retry the charge. If the amount is not paid within seven (7) days of that notice, CloudGrid may move your account to the free plan or suspend paid features. Content is not deleted as a result without the notice and export period in Section 4A.4.
12.10 Other Payment Terms. If you have signed an Organization Agreement with CloudGrid, or the Launch Offer Terms apply to you, their payment terms prevail over this Section 12 to the extent they differ.
13. Term and Termination
13.1 Term This Agreement commences on the date you first use the Services and continues until terminated by either party.
13.2 Termination by You You may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing your account through your account settings.
13.3 Suspension and Termination by CloudGrid CloudGrid may suspend or restrict access to the Services immediately where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, a material breach of this Agreement, or a risk of harm to the Services, other users, or third parties. Where reasonably practicable, CloudGrid will give notice describing the reason and an opportunity to remedy the issue. CloudGrid may terminate an account for a material breach that remains uncured after reasonable notice, or immediately where the breach cannot be remedied or continued access presents a material legal, security, or operational risk.
13.4 Effect of Termination Upon termination, your License immediately ceases. Any data export or transition period expressly provided in this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, an Organization Agreement, or applicable law will apply. During such a period, CloudGrid will make eligible Content available for export, subject to reasonable security and technical restrictions. After it ends, or where no such period applies, CloudGrid may delete Your Content, unless the law requires it to be retained. Immediate deletion or restricted access may apply where necessary to address serious security threats or unlawful content. Sections 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12 (as to amounts owed), 13.4, 14, 15, 18, and 19 survive termination.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CLOUDGRID DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 Exclusion of Consequential Damages TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLOUDGRID BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
15.2 Cap on Liability Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of: (i) amounts paid by you to CloudGrid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (ii) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
16. Modifications
CloudGrid may modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitute your acceptance.
17. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CloudGrid regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. You may not assign this Agreement without CloudGrid‘s prior written consent.
In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and a separately executed Organization Agreement, the Organization Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the conflict. An applicable Data Processing Addendum shall prevail with respect to the processing of personal data. Any applicable Launch Offer Terms shall prevail only in relation to the specific promotional or commercial matters expressly addressed in those terms. The Privacy Policy describes CloudGrid's processing of personal information and does not reduce rights granted under applicable data protection law.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF THE BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION PROVISION AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 18.6 BELOW.
18.1 Governing Law This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without application of conflict of laws rules, except that the arbitration provisions in this Section shall be governed by the applicable arbitration rules referenced below. The parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
18.2 Informal Resolution: Required First Step Most disputes can be resolved quickly and to your satisfaction by contacting us at legal@cloudgrid.io. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first send CloudGrid a written notice describing the nature of the dispute, your desired resolution, and your contact information (“Notice of Dispute”). CloudGrid will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving the Notice of Dispute. Neither party may commence mediation, arbitration, or a civil action until this informal resolution step has been completed or 30 days have elapsed since the Notice of Dispute was sent, whichever occurs first.
18.3 Mediation If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may request non-binding mediation before a mutually agreed mediator as a further step prior to arbitration. Mediation may continue after the commencement of arbitration if both parties agree. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties unless the mediator determines otherwise.
18.4 Binding Arbitration IF A DISPUTE REMAINS UNRESOLVED AFTER THE STEPS IN SECTIONS 18.2 AND 18.3, YOU AND CLOUDGRID EACH AGREE TO RESOLVE IT THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Arbitration shall be conducted under the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures (“JAMS Rules”), as in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
The arbitration shall be conducted on a documents-only basis for claims under USD $10,000, unless either party requests a hearing. For claims over USD $10,000, the parties shall discuss the most efficient format. The arbitration will take place in Tel Aviv, Israel, unless both parties agree otherwise or applicable JAMS Rules permit a different location.
18.5 Arbitration Costs Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator costs and expenses will be governed by the JAMS Rules, except that if you demonstrate that any such costs owed by you under those rules would be prohibitively more expensive than a court proceeding, CloudGrid will pay the amount of such costs that the arbitrator determines are necessary to prevent arbitration from being prohibitively more expensive than a court proceeding (subject to possible reimbursement as set forth below).
Fees and costs may be awarded as provided pursuant to applicable law. If the arbitrator finds that either the substance of your claim or the relief sought is frivolous or brought for an improper purpose (as measured by the standards in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)), you agree to reimburse CloudGrid for all filing, administration, and arbitrator costs it previously paid that are otherwise your obligation under the applicable JAMS Rules.
18.6 Opt-Out Right You may opt out of the binding individual arbitration provision in this Section by sending written notice to legal@cloudgrid.io within 30 days of the date you first accepted this Agreement (or any updated version that introduces this provision). Your notice must include your full name, account email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, all disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts specified in Section 18.8 below.
18.7 Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver YOU AND CLOUDGRID EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR COURT, WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. IF FOR ANY REASON A CLAIM PROCEEDS IN COURT RATHER THAN IN ARBITRATION, YOU AND CLOUDGRID EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. YOU AND CLOUDGRID ALSO EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
18.8 Exceptions to Arbitration Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek: (i) injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened misappropriation of intellectual property rights or breach of confidentiality obligations; or (ii) relief in a small claims court for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction. Such proceedings shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel and conducted in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.
18.9 Mandatory Protections The arbitration agreement and any waiver of class, collective, or jury proceedings apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Section deprives you of protections, remedies, or access to courts that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws that apply to you. Where arbitration or any related waiver is unenforceable, the affected dispute will be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.

22. AI-Specific Requirements

- You may not deploy AI agents designed to deceive users about the nature or capabilities of the system
- AI agents must not take irreversible actions (financial transactions, data deletion, external system changes) without explicit user confirmation, unless the user has opted into autonomous operation
- You are responsible for monitoring deployed AI agents and promptly correcting harmful, incorrect, or unintended outputs
- AI builds processing sensitive personal data must implement appropriate safeguards
23. Builder Responsibility for End Users

- Ensuring your build’s terms, privacy notices, disclosures, and support channels are visible and available to end users
- Implementing controls to prevent end users from violating this Policy through your build
- Responding promptly to reports of abuse, illegal content, or harmful behavior from your build
- Not enabling or encouraging end users to engage in any activity prohibited by this Policy
24. Reporting Violations and Enforcement
Report violations to violations@cloudgrid.io with as much detail as possible, including the URL and description of the issue.
CloudGrid may investigate suspected violations and take any action it deems appropriate, including issuing warnings, suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, reporting to law enforcement, or taking legal action. We may act without prior notice where immediate action is necessary to protect users, the Platform, or third parties.
PART III: DMCA and Copyright Policy
CloudGrid respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Services.
25. Safe Harbor
CloudGrid operates as an online service provider and maintains procedures intended to comply with applicable copyright laws, including the notice-and-takedown framework under Section 512 of the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), where applicable. CloudGrid reserves the right to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and to terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, in accordance with applicable law.
26. Takedown Notices

29. Other IP Claims
For trademark, defamation, or other intellectual property concerns not covered by this section, contact us at legal@cloudgrid.io.
