CloudGrid Launch Offer Terms

Last Updated: October 15, 2026

1. About These Launch Offer Terms

1.1 What they are. These Launch Offer Terms ("Launch Terms") set out the special conditions that apply to everyone who uses the Services during the Launch Period, offered by Atomic Innovation Labs LTD, operating as CloudGrid ("CloudGrid").

1.2 Incorporation. These Launch Terms incorporate CloudGrid's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as available at cloudgrid.io and updated from time to time (together, the "Terms"). By using the Services during the Launch Period, you accept these Launch Terms and the Terms.

1.3 Precedence. If these Launch Terms and the Terms conflict, these Launch Terms prevail for the Launch Period. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.

2. The Launch Period

2.1 Duration. The launch period starts on October 15, 2026 and continues until CloudGrid ends it under Section 3 ("Launch Period"). It has no fixed end date.

2.2 No charge. During the Launch Period, CloudGrid charges nothing for fair use of the Services, including the Platform, within the Fair Usage Allowance. No payment method is required. This Section does not apply to organizations that have signed an Organization Agreement, whose fees are set out in that agreement.

2.3 Availability. CloudGrid may limit the number of users or Grids admitted during the Launch Period, admit users by invitation only, or pause new sign-ups at any time.

3. Ending the Launch Period

3.1 CloudGrid's discretion. CloudGrid may end the Launch Period at any time, at its sole discretion, for all users or for a specific category of users.

3.2 Notice. CloudGrid will notify users by email and on cloudgrid.io before the Launch Period ends. The notice will state that paid use starts on the first day of the following calendar month, and will link to the pricing that applies from that date.

3.3 No automatic charges. CloudGrid will not charge you after the Launch Period ends unless you have actively chosen a paid plan and provided a payment method. If you do not, CloudGrid may limit your account to the free features then available, if any, or pause your usage.

3.4 Your Content. Your Content is not deleted because the Launch Period ends. If you do not choose a paid plan, your Content remains available for export for at least 30 days after paid use starts. After that, it is handled under the Terms.

3.5 No future promises. Use of the Services during the Launch Period does not entitle you to any particular price, discount, plan, or feature after it ends, unless CloudGrid confirms one to you in writing.

4. Early Software

4.1 What to expect. The Services are in an early, soft launch stage. During the Launch Period they may glitch, run slowly, become unavailable, contain bugs, or behave in unexpected ways. Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice.

4.2 As is. The Services are provided during the Launch Period "as is" and "as available", without any commitment to uptime, performance, or support response times, as further described in Section 14 of the Terms.

4.3 Keep your own copies. Content may be lost or corrupted, and CloudGrid may need to reset parts of the Services. CloudGrid will try to give advance notice of any planned reset that affects your Content, but you are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important.

4.4 Use with care. Do not rely on the Services during the Launch Period for critical operations, and do not store sensitive or regulated data in them, as described in Section 6.2 of the Terms.

5. Feedback

5.1 We want to hear from you. Our first users help shape CloudGrid. We encourage you to share feedback, comments, suggestions, and bug reports at hello@cloudgrid.io or through the feedback tools in the Services.

5.2 How feedback is used. Feedback is voluntary. CloudGrid may use it to improve the Services without payment or credit to you, under Section 11.3 of the Terms. Please do not include confidential information or personal data about others in your feedback.

5.3 Staying in touch. CloudGrid may contact you during the Launch Period about your experience, including invitations to surveys or short interviews. Taking part is optional.

6. General

6.1 Fair usage. The Fair Usage Allowance in Section 4A of the Terms applies during the Launch Period. Free use is not unlimited use. CloudGrid may adjust the allowance during the Launch Period to protect the stability of the Services, without the 30-day notice in Section 4A.6 of the Terms, but will not delete Content as a result without the notice described in Section 4A.4 of the Terms.

6.2 Liability. Because the Services are free during the Launch Period, CloudGrid's total liability is limited as set out in Section 15 of the Terms.

6.3 Changes. CloudGrid may update these Launch Terms during the Launch Period by giving notice by email or on cloudgrid.io.

6.4 Contact. Questions about these Launch Terms can be sent to legal@cloudgrid.io.
